31.12.2015. Le Sirenuse
It was another rich, varied, exciting year at Le Sirenuse, one that began on a sad note with the passing of the hotel’s co-founder, Franco Sersale, but turned into a celebration of the life and style of this born gentleman, art connoisseur, talented photographer and indefatigable traveller.
Franco is commemorated in our new street-level imbibery, Franco’s Bar, a unique convergence of local and international artistic and design talents, which was inaugurated in Positano at the beginning of July. We like to think that this haven of cultured ease channels the authentic, elegant, generous spirit of a man who lived life to the full, embracing its beauties, pains and pleasures without reserve.
Below are ten of our favourite photographic moments of 2015. We look forward to seeing all our friends and aficionados in Positano in 2016, and in the meantime wish you all a truly happy, healthy and fulfilling new year.

Our visit to the Ali nel Vento birds of prey centre in Nocelle was a spring highlight.

Sometimes, this is all you need. A view of Li Galli islands and the ‘Torre di Clavel’ watchtower.

Should auld acquaintance be forgot, and never brought to mind? Not if our resident musicians Franco and Andrea have any say in the matter...
